Selecting the right company to manage your association's day-to-day operations…or even special projects…can be a difficult task. That is especially true if you are unfamiliar with the questions that will solicit the responses you need. We have prepared a sample Request for Proposal as assistance to you in soliciting proposals for management of your association. While some specific questions that your association may need to ask may not be included in our sample, you may find it useful to adapt for your association. Many of the fundamental issues that you will want to consider in evaluating prospective management for your association are addressed in the sample.
